First Federal/mBank Community Foundation
The First Federal/mBank Community Foundation is a grant program that was initially established by First Federal of Northern Michigan (FFNM) Community Bank with a mission of strengthening the social and economic well-being of the communities in which FFNM operated. Although First Federal of Northern Michigan has since merged with mBank, the Foundation still exists as a legacy to serve the needs of the communities within FFNM’s original footprint.
The First Federal/mBank Community Foundation is dedicated to supporting community activities and nonprofit organizations in the greater Alanson, Cheboygan, Gaylord, Lewiston, Mio, and Alpena areas.
To strengthen community development and the economic well-being in the communities we serve and enhance our current activities under the Community Reinvestment Act.
How We Work
